Restoring a purchase does not constitute a new purchase and is used solely to restore entitlements that Apple confirms as valid.
17. REFUNDS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
Refund requests relating to Xplore Work purchases made through the Apple App Store or Apple In-App Purchase system are evaluated through Appleās official refund system.
Xplore Work may not have the authority or technical ability to directly refund an amount collected by Apple to the userās Apple payment method.
Users must submit refund requests through Appleās official āReport a Problemā system or other official support channels made available by Apple.
Refund eligibility and the final refund decision are determined by Apple in accordance with its applicable policies and applicable law.
Further details regarding refunds are separately governed by the Xplore Work Refund and Return Policy.
18. SUBSCRIPTION ENTITLEMENTS AFTER A REFUND
If Apple provides a full or partial refund for a Xplore Work subscription or in-app purchase, Xplore Work may update the relevant digital entitlements based on the transaction status reported by Apple.
In this context:
- The subscription may be terminated
- The paid membership tier may be changed
- Features associated with the refunded purchase may be removed

This provision does not restrict usersā rights to submit legitimate and good-faith payment disputes or refund requests.
21. DELETION OF THE USER ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION
Deleting a Xplore Work account and canceling an Apple subscription are separate actions.
Deleting a Xplore Work account may not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Apple.
Accordingly, users should review their active subscriptions in their Apple Account before deleting their Xplore Work account.
If the user does not wish the subscription to continue, they must separately cancel the subscription through Appleās subscription management system.
