If you encounter any activity on the Platform—including company profiles, listings, product descriptions, offers, draft agreements, messages, or any other content—that you believe violates our Community Policies, User Agreement, or applicable trade and legal regulations, you may report it to us. This may include, but is not limited to, fake company information, misleading production capacity claims, counterfeit product sales, fraud attempts, sanctioned trade activities, declarations of dangerous or prohibited goods, or systematic spam behavior.
Reports submitted through the Platform’s reporting tools are evaluated by both automated risk analysis systems and expert review teams. During the review process, content, related commercial documentation, user history, and behavioral patterns may be assessed collectively. Additional documentation may be requested when necessary, and accounts may be temporarily placed under review.
Misuse of the reporting mechanism—including submitting false complaints to harm competitors or engaging in systematic reporting abuse—constitutes a separate violation.

Each user is obligated to present their commercial identity and activities accurately, completely, and verifiably. The following behaviors constitute a violation of the principle of trust:
- Misrepresenting production capacity
- Sharing misleading visuals of facilities or operations
- Presenting false references or partnerships
- Claiming authorized distributorships or partnerships without actual agreements
- Misstating inventory or stock levels
- Providing misleading delivery timelines or logistical capabilities
Any conduct that undermines commercial trust affects not only the individual user but the entire platform. Accordingly, Xplore Work may review, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this principle.
Trust also encompasses adherence to contractual obligations, timely communication, fulfillment of commitments, and accountability in commercial dealings.
By using the Platform, you agree to uphold the principles of honesty, transparency, and accountability in all commercial activities.
3. Be Honest
Xplore Work is built on the principle of verified commercial identity. Each user must represent a legitimate business entity and act only on behalf of a company for which they are authorized.
The principle of honesty includes identity verification, authority of representation, document authenticity, and accuracy of commercial declarations.
The following behaviors constitute violations:
- Creating fake company profiles
- Using invalid or third-party tax identification numbers
- Opening accounts on behalf of companies without authorization
- Uploading falsified quality certificates, production certificates, or licenses
- Submitting altered or forged commercial documents
- Misrepresenting product origin
- Manipulating pricing intentionally
In cases of fraud or document falsification, accounts shall be terminated immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Honesty also requires clear and transparent communication during commercial negotiations. Users must not conceal essential commercial terms, engage in manipulative pricing strategies, or intentionally mislead counterparties.
